I gave apollogroup.tv a shot mostly because they offered a free trial, and I kind of assumed it would either work right away or be a hassle. Luckily, setup was quick, and I was able to jump in and browse the channels without much trouble.

Some channels loaded fine, but a few buffered on my end, so I’m guessing it depends a lot on your internet. The layout also took me a minute to figure out, but overall it wasn’t bad. I’d definitely say use the trial first before paying, just to see how it runs for you

My renewal went through without any problems, and the price was exactly what I expected. I was a bit disappointed that I had to check my email a couple of times before the receipt finally showed up, though. The billing page could definitely be clearer, but overall it wasn’t a huge issue for me

The sound lines up with the video really well now, and I’m not dealing with those annoying delays anymore. I think other customers will appreciate how much smoother it makes watching stuff feel.

The channel selection is good, and I do find stuff I want to watch. But the cost feels higher than it should be, especially after they made it sound like the pricing would stay reasonable. I signed up expecting one thing, and now it feels like another broken promise. Decent service, but the value just isn’t really there for me.

The site itself worked fine from what I remember, but the refund policy kind of threw me off. I don’t recall every little detail, but I do remember clicking around trying to figure out what actually qualified for a refund and still not feeling totally sure. I just wish it had been explained in simpler terms before I paid.

Apollo Group is solid most of the time, and I don’t really have many issues with it day to day. The only thing that bugs me is the limit on simultaneous streams, especially when everyone in my family wants to watch something different at the same time. It’s not a dealbreaker or anything, I just wish it had a little more flexibility there.....

I tried signing up, but they barely give you any payment options. I was just trying to use my usual card or wallet like I do everywhere else, and of course that wasn’t available. Ended up having to mess around figuring out another way to pay, which feels like something they should’ve sorted out already. Annoying experience, so it’s a 1 star from me...

I’ve been using the app for a little while now, mostly in the evenings after work when I’m just trying to relax, and it’s been straightforward. It loads fast for me, which I appreciate because my Wi-Fi can be a little hit or miss depending on where I’m sitting in the house. I found my channels without much trouble and didn’t really have to poke around or change a bunch of settings. So far, I’m happy with it

I tried using apollogroup.tv with my VPN on, and I’m still kind of confused about what the problem was. It would either fail to load or just sit there forever like it was doing something, but nothing ever happened. I switched VPN servers, cleared my cache, restarted everything, and it still acted the same. Support basically told me to turn the VPN off, which doesn’t really help since that’s the whole reason I use one. Maybe it works fine if you’re not using a VPN, but for me it was just frustrating and confusing. Ended up canceling after spending way too much time trying to make it work.

I use Apollo Group TV mostly for the catch-up feature because I’m always missing live games or shows, and I hate feeling like I lost my chance to watch something just because I wasn’t home on time. Most of the channels I use rewind fine, so I don’t have to stress about planning my day around the TV schedule.
I’m giving it 4 stars because every now and then a program takes a little while to load, or the guide is off by a few minutes. It’s not a dealbreaker, though, and overall it’s been really useful for not missing out on the stuff I actually care about...

Once I found the right link, logging in was easy. It took around a minute to get there, but my account opened up without any issues.

the captions only work like half the time... support still hasn’t fixed it and it’s getting frustrating

The streams themselves are mostly okay, so I can’t complain too much, but the TV guide is off often. Sometimes shows start at different times than it says, or the name listed isn’t even the right one. It’s kind of annoying when I’m trying to figure out what to watch, but I guess it’s still usable overall.

Activation did work in the end, but it took longer than I expected, which made me a little suspicious at first. The setup steps were mostly clear, but I still had to go back and double-check a few things because I wasn’t totally sure everything was doing what it was supposed to. Support did reply, just not right away. It’s usable now, so that’s fine, but the whole startup part could definitely be smoother.

The service works well when everything is running normally, but getting help has been a headache. I had a login issue and reached out to support, and it took almost two days to get a response. When they finally got back to me, the reply was really brief and didn’t actually solve the problem, so I had to follow up again. It’s not the worst experience I’ve ever had, but since I’m paying for this, I expected faster and more helpful support. If this keeps happening, I’ll probably start looking for another service.

Sports work really well here, honestly... I haven’t had any issues, and it’s been a smooth experience overall.
